Jasvant C Raval, Director
Mr. Raval brings with him experience of over 45 years in the industry. A rank holding Chartered Accountant, he specializes in International Taxation, Management Consultancy and Bank Audits. He is also a certified professional with DISA, FAFD, IFRS, and Arbitration qualifications. He has an expertise in handling overseas management assignments. He is on the esteemed Panel of Indian Council Of Arbitration as well as ICAI. He is an Independent Director of a reputed Mutual Fund.
Subhojit Roy, Director & Chief Executive Officer
Subhojit Roy is a senior Technology and Information/ Cyber Security Professional with vast experience in different areas, such as, technology strategy & planning, business transformation, InfoSec governance & management. He has more than three decades of diverse experience in IT, Information Security and new age technologies.
He was Chief Information Officer (CIO) for SBI Mutual Fund, the largest Asset Management company in India. Apart from starting InfoSec function in SBI Mutual Fund, he was the main architect for building and scaling up complete technology foundation to its present stature.
Subhojit Roy is a post-graduate from University of Calcutta. His major certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM). He has been visiting faculty to leading management institutes and regular speaker in various industry forums.
Rajeshwari Joshi, Director
Rajeshwari Joshi is a practising Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Partner at JCR & Co. LLP. She has rich & diversified experience of more than 13 years in the areas of IS Audit, Indian Accounting Standards, Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection. Her audit experience spans various types of audits, such as Statutory Audit, Forensic Audit, Concurrent Audit, Management Audit and Tax Audit.
Rajeshwari has several professional certifications to her credit, including DISA (ICAI), IND AS (ICAI), and FAFD (ICAI).
